fast
good
and that only 2 of the 3 should apply - then now i understand much more about you and why i've heard some of the things i have.That is an absolutely horrible business philosophy - sure i'll get 1 time buyers for my product if i give them 2 of the above 3 but i wouldnt expect them to be thrilled or repeat business. And remember - his shop didnt do the work on my dp's because he told me no1 at his shop was capable of such work - so you saying he has guys that would do a much better job is horseshit - for at least the time frame my car was there - keep in mind we're now tlaking almost a year ago i took my Z there, i'm sure a lot has changed and improved since then. The bottom line is that had my engine blown or been damaged only a week after getting my Z from him from the loss of oil then i'd say this would be an entirely worse thread wouldnt it. Also, you have yet to see my car in person and your responding to SpdDemon who has seen my car in person time and time again and has done work on my car (much work). I love ya ash, but i know you have a bit of a vested interest w/ Ruzzell and you havent seen my car - i've explained accurately why i'm upset and i think that if ruzzell or any guy here things to keep a happy customer you only need to give them 2 of the 3 stated things then that says a lot about the mentality of the merchant.
